Team C3 Yuki Sakamoto Signature Model — BALLOM

 At the C3yoyodesign 15th Anniversary Special Event in late 2024, we were honored to welcome our member, Yuki Sakamoto, to the Team C3 Contest Team. This legendary partnership began with his deep appreciation for one of our World Champion models—the Stellar IX. Today, we are thrilled to announce the official launch of Yuki Sakamoto’s first signature yoyo: BALLOM!

The Stellar IX is renowned for its light, fast, and agile feel, perfectly suited for Sora Ishikawa’s signature style. However, during the early development of the Stellar IX, we created a “hidden prototype” with a significantly heavier weight distribution. Before Sakamoto officially joined C3, Sora lent him this unique prototype. To our surprise, it became Sakamoto’s primary competition yoyo, never leaving his side. The SKMT Evolution for Stable Performance BALLOM is the evolved form of that “hidden prototype,” meticulously re-engineered for Yuki Sakamoto’s top-tier competitive needs: Diameter: 61mm Width: 64mm Weight: 74g By reducing the overall dimensions, we gained the space to optimize internal weight distribution, significantly strengthening the weight feel in both the center and the outer rings. This successfully transforms the airiness of the Stellar IX into the extreme stability and immense spin power of the BALLOM. It is a 5A (Counterweight) competitive weapon built for players who demand high stability and long-lasting spin.
